Ingredients for two people:
200 g of spaghetti; 500 g of clean clams; 1 clove de garlic; parsley; olive oil; black pepper; salt.
Preparation:
Brown the garlic clove in a high skillet with the oil and then add the clams. Cover and cook for a few minutes on high flame until all the clams open. Then drain the clams conserving the cooking water. In a pan with plenty of water, add coarse salt and bring to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for half the time indicated on the package.
In the frying pan, add the clams' cooking water and the spaghetti prepared previously to finish cooking them (if necessary, add the spaghetti's cooking water to prevent it from drying out). When ready, add the clams and adjust with pepper and parsley to taste.
